Summary: We came to Xenia for the long weekend to attend my daughter's graduation in Dayton. This was the perfect location as it was only 25 minutes away from her school and it was about 10 minutes away from stores, restaurants, and anything we needed. The property itself was stunning and very clean! The hosts thought of everything and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here if you're ever in the area and we would def stay here again!

Summary: Although we had an issue with the home being cleaned in preparation for our arrival, this was not at the fault of the owner and they were genuinely apologetic and beyond accomodating. I gave cleanliness 5 stars because outside of this the house was clean and organized. The home was very spacious and comfortable. Although it was December the kids enjoyed the wonderful outside settng. Would very a great place to come with a group of friends or family and just hang out. If you have to go into town like we did, it is an easy drive. Highly recommended!

Summary: This amazing property was beautiful, clean, and accurate to the description. We had just about everything we needed and the host made us all feel so welcome.
